From beginning to end, the service was top-notch and the communication was just awesome - much appreciated!

The component that was sent over wasn't on hand right away, so a different model was provided instead. Unfortunately, this substitute didn't match up and wasn't a proper replacement. iCityTech took care of the return process for the part and issued a refund for the purchase. Even though this didn't fix the issue right off the bat, the customer service was solid, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating.

The support from the team was top-notch. The product was found in the USA, but they suggested a more affordable option available in the UK that could get to me quicker. It showed up right on schedule as promised, and I was updated on the order status throughout. I won’t think twice about reaching out to them again down the line.
